Here are the three most important rules to follow as you get started (regarding your business):
1) Save all receipts for anything associated with maintaining, cleaning or repairing your home
2) Keep track of all the meals and snacks you serve to each child
3) Keep track (for at least 2 months) of all of the hours you work in your home when children are not present (cleaning, record keeping, activity preparation, etc.)
