Newbie
HI everyone!! I had a daycare in my home for 6yrs.....closed it to be a full time mom....now that the kids are all in school now...wanna reopen!! So excited! Have moved since the other daycare and am beginning the process of redoing my basement strictly for childcare! ANY help getting started would be appreciated! I keep going back and forth with being registered or licensed! It is quite confusing....I am in VT and have looked up the rules and regs....all I can gather is that being licensed requires furthering my education spending more money on the basement and in the end....being able to care for 2 more children...hardly seems worth it!! Any ideas?? Looking fwd to any input!
