Hired Help
I am wondering if anyone can offer pros, cons and opinions about hiring someone PT to work for you in your daycare...not someone who is there while you are but hiring someone to be there at times when you may have to be gone.

The risk is that your assistant does something you dont approve of and then you have to reap the consequences (especially if someone gets hurt!). It must be someone that is trust worthy and well trained. It takes time to get there so its not something you want to rush into. NannyDe has some blogs posted about hiring assistants (see the home page on daycare.com) and there is a good overview of some things you might consider.
