I Need A Bigger House!

So my playroom/daycare room is pretty much catered to toddlers, there isn't room to have an infant area sectioned off.

The bedroom that my boys share has a full size bed for my 8 year old, my 13 month olds crib, my son's school desk and school supplies (he's homeschooled), a tv stand for my sons tv and xbox, a gaming chair, and a playpen that gets broken down every night and put under the crib...it's only set up for naps.

My living room has a pack n play with the bassinet attachment for the new baby that starts monday, a swing, another pack n play, and an exercauser PLUS my living room furniture.

My kitchen/dining room has a china hutch that is dedicated to games and crafts, the high chair, and almost everything is done at the table (crafts, games, eating, school work, etc) which is why I don't want to invest in a nice new dining room set.

I know there has to be a better way to set things up, organize, etc...I just don't know how to go about it!
