Question To You All

I work in a center and there is a dcb who has been really acting up. This is his 2nd year with us. I would say it has been in the last 3 to 4 months his behavior has really gotten bad. (not listening, sassing, running from us, etc) My coworker and I feel this behavior stems from NOT enough parent time. He is the first one to arrive and one of the last ones to leave. He has a 10.5 hour day (plus some days). gets home eats, watches some tv and then to bed by 7:30. He is leaving us by 5:15, 5:30 some days.

When we mention his bad day to mom and dad we say everything. Everything that is except HE NEEDS MORE MOMMY AND/OR DADDY time. Mom is off one day a week and dad will then bring him. Same early time.

What is really sad too is mom and dad are home an hour or so before they pick up their child. They arrive together EVERYDAY to pick him up.

I guess this is kind of a vent but is there anyway that it can be brought to the parents attention that he may need more attention at home? We just don't go there.
