I don't have it in my contract about a registration fee and the expectant mother is coming over tomorrow to hand it to me to hold her spot until January. In full. Do any of you have a separate form that I can use to show that she paid the fee and it is non-refundable? I'd like to have her sign 2 copies so that we both have it. I tried to find on on the daycarelady website but couldn't find one.

thanks!
