this could be a helpful thread to lots of people! when i first started on forums, i had NO idea what "DD, DH, DS" meant. i still don't use the terms cus i think they're kinda goofy. no offense, but i'm sure there's some taken.

dear daughter - really? dear husband?

i guess i'm evil cus my virgin forum mind would've NEVER figured those out without someone telling me!

At the risk of sounding like my mind is in the gutter, I have been slightly taken aback by the acronym "DCK". For example, "should I terminate this DCK?" LOL! Maybe we should do away with this one! hehe!

That's the first thing that comes to mind when I start trying to decipher some of these acronyms.

Some of them are pretty self explanatory in the context, but some of them are waaaaaay out there.

My kiddos spent ALL morning outside and now they are all (11 of them) sound asleep.

And as far as finding the sticky thread....you are in it right now... LOL! This thread is it.

It would be nice if everyone wrote out DCKid instead of just writing DCK, because it can be read as something else.
