I just switched from MinuteMenu to kidkare on Wed. I'm trying to set up my parent payments. I created an invoice, but can't figure out how to mark it paid.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Click on the invoice date or number and it'll open the invoice. At the top there are 4 boxes: a pencil (edit), printer, envelope (email), red $, and More. Click on the $ and you can record a payment. Under More you can choose Close Invoice too but I don't think that will record the payment. I've never tried it...

No red $. My invoices are saying draft.

then you didn't mark save and send....click on the pencil...then down on the bottom right it'll either say preview, or save and send.

preview first if necessary, then save and send.

Yep, or Create. I don't email these invoices to the parents, I developed a different one to send them.

There's no "save and send" only "save" which I checked. It still says draft.

I can't find anyway of calling them, only email.

It's possible that your features aren't all loaded yet. Completely log out, then log in again.
