Oh boy.
How could the provider not know her 'adult children' were asleep?
Ya know, when will there be some positive home daycare stories?? No wonder we're getting pushed out. All these poor quality providers are ruining it for the good ones who are working with all the effort and love they can to stay open.

Now how can we send our children to such daycares trusting the people over there?

Admitting I can't read the article, but does it say if she's had other violations? Often these providers have a "rap" sheet a mile long making me wonder why they were still allowed to operate.

The girl walked out an unlocked door."
What. The. Hell.
Sounds like my next door neighbors. They don't do daycare, but I've had to pull their grandkids off our busy street before. (Three generations in one house).

I really hate this, because it gives all FCC a bad name. Parents get even more nervous. SMH!

I wish the news would be specific about licensed child care providers vs unregulated babysitters. The reporter used both "provider" and "babysitter" but didn't mention if she was regulated or not.

I would only ever want my child to be in the care of the provider and no one else
