Is it legal for a daycare center to require me to sign a contract that waives all rights and recourse I have even if they knowingly violate state licensing regulations?

It does not matter what they might have you sign. The daycare MUST follow state guidelines. Bring it to their attention and if they refuse to follow the standards, contact your state licensing agency and make them aware that they are violating the law. Your contact numbers are located at:
