It does not give me any opportunity to import any data from MMK Pro. Is it because I selected "NO" to the food program question, bc I do not use the FP. I also have a full year left of MMK, and do not want KK to charge me after my month is up, but I see no way that it is linking my accounts together.

So I sign up for Kidkare since our daycare is fairly new, and it worked good had some Guardian issues.
However for the past week I have been trying to reset my password because it wouldn't let me log in. I submitted a ticket last Tuesday never hear back from them. and It still wont let me reset my password or even log in now!!!

Any help would be great!!

I don't know why you can't reset your password. I did reset my password on KidKare two days ago without trouble. Have you tried shutting down your computer and going back in again?

I was in KK last night and it was working great. Logged in this morning and everything was GONE. No information at all. I logged out and back in again, and still nothing. I submitted a ticket - hopefully I'll hear back in a month or so.

Your subscription to MMK will continue until it expires. At the end of this time you will be charged $8 a month to continue on KidKare. You can cancel at any time.

I don't know why you can't import data from MMK. If you are not connected with a Food Program you should be able to roll over to KidKare now.
