Hello,
Is a state compliance inspector for daycare licensing suppose to divulge personal information to another daycare in the event of childcare complaint? A local daycare in my town had a complaint sent into the compliance office and the compliance inspector basically told the director who reported them into the state. I've always been told that personal information like that is private just like if a parent gets hot-lined for child abuse.
