* One-hour of Pre-Service Orientation Training is required PRIOR to the issuance of a Provisional license.
* You will receive a certificate for completion of this class.
* A copy of the certificate must be submitted with your initial license application paperwork.
* PRE-REGISTRATION is required at some locations – To register call the CONTACT person.
* You are REQUIRED to call 48 hours in advance to register or cancel registration for this training.
* Be prompt to avoid rescheduling - * Do not bring children to the class
